Thanksgiving

Milo experienced his first big holiday this week. We had an amazing Thanksgiving Dinner at the Stark's followed by the Newlywed game. It was very fun and relaxing and I am so thankful for both of our families. The following are a few pictures of our relaxing day.

On Friday we went and spent the day with Dustin's family to celebrate Aiden's fourth birthday.

On Saturday we went with the Stark's to get our Christmas tree, all seven of us crammed into the old pick up, making it a great memory for Milo's first Christmas tree.

Milo also got to meet Santa
When we got home he helped me unpack all of the ornaments and decorate the tree.

Cousins

I just wanted to show a few pics of Milo and Lucas. I am so thankful that Milo has a cousin close to his age. I remember when I found out I was pregnant and thinking that the nine month gap that would be between Lucas and my unborn child was huge and that they would never be close, but now the older they get the more fun it is to get them together. Milo actually outweighs Lucas by a pound or two (note the last picture).

Making Grape Juice

So I (Dustin) decided I would try a little canning.
I got a little taste of Uncle John's awesome grape juice
and was hooked. So I went for it!
Grapes were ready-
I had a little helper-
Who enjoyed himself as did Mommy and I-
I tried all green, all red and a mix-
add a little sugar-
warm water-

and can-

After awhile, take out of the canning,
let lids pop, and drink away!

or...

store for later!

Our Three Year Anniversary!

Today is our three year anniversary and I can't believe how fast it has gone by! I feel so blessed to be married to such an amazing man and am so thankful for all that the Lord has provided for us in our marriage. We pray daily that we would grow deeper in love with each other through the Lord. Over the weekend we went and stayed the night in Portland while my parents watched Milo. We had so much fun riding the streetcar around downtown and enjoying a great dinner and a few drinks at Henry's.

The Pumpkin Patch

Today we took Milo on his first trip to the pumpkin patch. It was a perfectly beautiful fall day and we had a blast. We went with Danny, Hannah, Ava, and Lucas. Here are some pictures of the fun event!

Milo is Seven Months!

I cant believe it has been two months since I blogged about Milo! He is seven months old today and sweet as pie! His personality is coming out so much more! He babbles constantly, can sit up now and has started eating solids. We are still working on the rolling over part, but he is slowly scooting around! He has had quite a few "firsts" in the last couple of months that we wanted to share.

"LABOR" Day Weekend

After two weeks of prepping our house to paint (if I ever hear a scraper again, it will be too soon!) and the help of Dustin's parents, my parents, Anna, Tyrell, Dominique, Adrian and Rachael, Aaron, and little Gracie, our house is finally painted! It looks amazing and we are very thankful for the help of our friends and family, especially Bruce! We definately could not have done it without you! Here are some before and after pictures!
